Here are the conditions under which I can currently quit my job in Waltham.
1. Somebody rents or buys my condo.
2. I get a new job.
Now, 2 will happen in either case – the interest is that I can leave Boston. Really, 1 is the priority. Then I can blow this lemonade stand.
